Maritza Quiroga is originally from Bogotá, Colombia. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida. She has shown a strong passion for community organizing, leading democratic initiatives at Miami Dade College, and creating impactful digital content for the U.S. Department of State Department, East Asia Pacific Bureau as an intern. Her experience with various local and national nonprofits highlights her dedication to fostering civic engagement and driving meaningful change. Maritza is deeply committed to making a difference through her work. In her free time, she enjoys reading, anime, and traveling.
